Look up "Dog Rockets" on wikipedia. It'll have pictures of RP cigars.

Interestingly enough, I asked the clerk at the local B&M just this past weekend what their best selling line of cigars is, and he said Rocky Patel. Go figure.

I can't say I hate 'em.....just can't say I've ever smoked one that was anything worth remembering. Even all the hype around the Decade....just seemed to be a medium- to-low grade stick....IMHO

Yeah, me too. I wouldn't classify them as dog rockets. Just very average cigars (at best).

I have smoked a couple that were ok at best. Not a line I find worth my time. Oh and overpriced.

I have smoked these and while I thought they were o.k. they reminded me of one of the only cigars of his I found to be rather special, his Winter Collection 2009. That cigar had a great boldness combined with rich unique flavor.

The only Rocky Patel cigars that I like are the Patel Brothers and the Decade. Your mileage may vary.

Unfortunately they aren't priced accordingly.
