Here's a list of things that I need to do to these forums... in no particular order, and I'll be adding to this as I think of things (this list is for me as well as for you):

• Integrated login -- right now, the GarTrader "trading" login is entirely different from the forums login. In theory, IP.Converge should allow me to write a bridge to make them work together, but this will require a good bit or R&D as well as custom coding to make happen
  
• Logo -- Right now the logo on both the GarTrader.com and these forums is temporary; I've hired the guy who made this "Major Change" cartoon to do a character + logo for me. He should be done in a few weeks.
  
• Proper forums -- I didn't put a whole lot of thought into the forums I created, their names, or their structure. This should be addressed.
  
• Disabling unused modules -- I'm not using the IP.Portal, IP.Chat, and a few other add-ons. These should be disabled.
  
• IP.Content -- The IP.Content module allows me to do cool CMS-system like things like move the MSRP reference over, and other vitolas.net content. This will take some work learning how IP.Content works, as well as designing the databases and moving the content over
  
• Move the Shoutbox -- IP.Shoutbox is kinda cool, but takes up a lot of room. I probably should move it off of the top of every page... and think about replacing it entirely with some other chat scheme, perhaps even figuring out how to integrate the current chat room into the site content somehow (perhaps using IP.Content pages)
  
• Learn more about IP.Board -- This site software has many, many settings and I've only scratched the surface of what can be done with it, as well the fact that I may not have set all of the user group and permissions exactly right
  
• Better GarTrader integration -- In addition to the unified login, I want better integration with the GarTrader buy/sell site in terms of listing recent items put up for sale, etc.
  
• Blog? -- Figure out what, if anything, to do with the blog feature. People can create their own blogs if they choose to, but I'm betting not too many people will use it. Maybe it's superfluous?
  
• Downloads -- The download manager is really cool, but I'm not really sure what I could offer there (or other users might offer there) other than things like cigar wallpaper and such.
  
• Domain name -- GarTrader is okay for trading cigars, but maybe "Garilingus.com" would be more entertaining as the domain name that takes you to the forums?
  
• Opening Day? -- Do I ever make the site "public"? I guess once I get everything done I may, but maybe it'll always be a private little forum where people can shoot the shit with impunity. We shall see.
  
• Adding some content -- I have a whole host of topics posted on Vitolas.net and elsewhere that might be handy to have here. Moving them over will take time, but I can do it bit by bit when I'm able.
